Thanks for this great pull Lou, another gem from a lovely weekend in Angel's Camp. My note from the Acoustic set was meant for here, to give props to the special guest sit-ins for this set. "Tell Me Mama," & "I'm Waiting for My Man" are with Mark Karan. "Gone Wanderin'" is with Larry & Teresa. "Like a Ball & Chain," is with Larry and also Jeff Chimenti.
Superb recording and as ncalsurfer noted, props out to the sound team from the Festvial, they nailed it all weekend long.

Great Show - Great Sound
This is an excellent audience tape, recorded by a great guy using excellent equipment, at a venue with sound that was exceptional all weekend. This is an A+ recording in quality and show. Great job Lou, thanks for taping all weekend!

Great Sounding Aud, Thanks!
I am still pretty new to Jackie, but I really enjoyed listening to this show while waiting for Furthur to come on next. Some fans of his told me that this was a pretty toned down show for Jackie, but I'm giving this 5 stars for how much I like it. Listen to Waiting for My Man for some serious feedback with Mark Karan sitting in (there's a cool youtube video of this). I enjoyed Thrill is Gone as well as Jackie's own tunes.
Jackie really got caught up in the spirit of the weekend, playing just about any instrument with anyone who was available - Check out the acoustic set at the Dark Hollow Stage prior to this performance, as well as his organ/tambourine playing with Mother Hips the next day (both on archive).
Sound was loud, clear and well-mixed for all performances on this stage and the taper did a great job of capturing this one. Thanks for sharing this with all of us.
